Request authorisation to extend the assignments for 2 additional agency Social Work staff to cover the long-term sickness of 1 Assessment Officer for the transition team for 12 weeks in order to ensure continuity of service for young people in Doncaster and whilst the PMO have finalised long term planning for Transition Services in Doncaster.
