Totalmobile is a core product utilised across the Council, specifically for regulatory and enforcement services, to deliver the provision of mobile working for the agent and utilises integration to core Council systems including Opti-Time, M3, Mayrise

To seek approval for the procurement of license subscription services from Totalmobile Services directly from G-Cloud 7.

Option 1 - Do Nothing - Doncaster's existing agreement expires on the 31st March, 2017, if the Council does not take out any further, it will be able to continue using the already purchased perpetual licences, however there will no on-going support and maintenance provision.
Option 2 - Subscription Service via G-Cloud 7 - preferred option as it reflects the required number of licences required by the Council with scope for growth over a 2 year period. This option also provides upgrade ability, its the cheapest option and can be procured directly via G-Cloud.
Option 3 - Continuation of Perpetual Licenses - this option is not preferred, it will incur the additional charges which are in the region of the same costs of option 1 and it will restrict the organisation to using its current version of the product.
