Enforcement Cases Received and Closed for the Period of 15th June, 2018 to 9th July, 2018 (Exclusion Paragraph 6)

Minutes:

The Committee considered a report which detailed all Planning Enforcement complaints and cases received, and closed during 15th June to 9th July, 2018.

 

In response to Councillor Sue McGuinness seeking further clarification with regard Enforcement Cases 18/00258/M and 18/00272/M, the Planning Manager (Development), Roy Sykes, undertook to provide Councillor McGuinness with a progress report on the specific details of the case following the meeting.

 

In response to the Councillor David Hughes seeking further clarification with regard Enforcement Case 18/00264/M, the Planning Manager (Development), Roy Sykes, undertook to provide Councillor David Hughes with a progress report on the specific details of the case following the meeting.

 

In response to the Vice-Chair, Councillor Iris Beech, seeking further clarification with regard Enforcement Case 18/00074/M, the Planning Manager (Development), Roy Sykes, undertook to provide Councillor Beech with a progress report on the specific details of the case following the meeting in particular, with regard to obtaining sufficient evidence of the breach of the Enforcement Notice.

 

RESOLVED that all Planning Enforcement Cases received and closed for the period 15th June to 9th July, 2018, be noted.
