In accordance with the Members Code of Conduct, the Chair, Councillor Eva Hughes, declared that she had received electronic correspondence with regard to Application No. 18/01590/FUL, Agenda Item 5(3), but had not given her opinion thereon.

RESOLVED that upon consideration of a Schedule of Planning and Other Applications received, together with the recommendations in respect thereof, the recommendations be approved in accordance with Schedule and marked Appendix ‘A’.

EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS

Minutes:

RESOLVED that the public and press be excluded from the remaining proceedings of the meeting, in accordance with Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972, as amended, on the grounds that exempt information as defined in Paragraph 6 of Schedule 12A to the Act, is likely to be disclosed.

ENFORCEMENT CASES RECEIVED AND CLOSED FOR THE PERIOD OF 10TH JULY TO 7TH AUGUST, 2018 (Exclusion paragraph 6)

Minutes:

The Committee considered a report which detailed all Planning Enforcement complaints and cases received, and closed during 10th July to 7th August, 2018.

 

RESOLVED that all Planning Enforcement Cases received and closed for the period 10th July to 7th August, 2018, be noted.

 

At the conclusion of formal business at the meeting the Chair, Councillor Eva Hughes, informed Members that this would be the last Planning Committee meeting in which Karen Winnard, Head of Service Litigation and Regulatory Services, would be attending as she would be retiring from the Authority shortly.  Members joined the Chair in paying tribute to Karen for her dedication and valuable contribution she had made to the work of the Committee and support to Elected Members throughout her years of service at the Authority, and wished her well for the future.
