Minutes: RESOLVED that the public and press be excluded from the remaining proceedings of the meeting in accordance with Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, on the grounds that exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act, is likely to be disclosed.

Final interviews for the Post of the Assistant Director of Legal and Democratic Services (Monitoring Officer) (Exclusion Paragraph 1). Minutes: The Committee received a report to inform of the arrangements made for the final interview process to the post of Assistant Director Legal and Democratic Services (Monitoring Officer). Four candidates had been shortlisted for the post and all four were interviewed.
RESOLVED that Scott Fawcus be appointed to the post of Assistant Director of Legal and Democratic Services (Monitoring Officer).
