RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on the 7th June, 2019 be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Minutes:

RESOLVED that the public and press be excluded from the remaining proceedings of the meeting in accordance with Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, on the grounds that exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act, is likely to be disclosed.

Shortlisting for the Post of Chief Financial Officer (Section 151) and Assistant Director Finance (The report is NOT FOR PUBLICATION because it contains exempt information as defined within Paragraph 1 (Information relating to any individual) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act, 1972, as amended).

Minutes:

The Committee received a report informing Members of the arrangements for the short-listing to the post of Chief Financial Officer (S151) and Assistant Director of Finance and to agree the process to be undertaken for final assessment and interview; together with details of individual applicants.

 

It was reported that 8 candidates had been attracted through the recent advertising campaign and all candidates were considered in the short-listing process.

 

RESOLVED that 3 candidates be short-listed for final assessment on 27th and 28th June 2019 for the post of Chief Financial Officer (S151) and Assistant Director of Finance.
