RESOLVED that the minutes of the meetings held on 24th and 28th June, 2019, be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS

Minutes:

RESOLVED that the public and press be excluded from the remaining proceedings of the meeting in accordance with Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, on the grounds that exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act, is likely to be disclosed.

Minutes:

The Committee received a report informing Members of the arrangements for the short-listing to the post of Chief Executive and to agree the process to be undertaken for final assessment and interview; together with details of individual applicants

 

It was reported that ten candidates had been attracted through the recent advertising campaign and all candidates were considered in the short-listing process.

 

RESOLVED that one candidate be short-listed for final assessment and interview on 19th February, 2020.
