RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 5th February, 2020, be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Minutes:

RESOLVED that the public and press be excluded from the remaining proceedings of the meeting in accordance with Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, on the grounds that exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act, is likely to be disclosed.

Minutes:

The Committee received a report informing Panel Members of the arrangements made for the final interview assessment process for the post of Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service and appointed Returning Officer and Electoral Registration Officer for elections.

 

RESOLVED that DA be recommended for appointment to the post of Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service, subject to ratification at Full Council on 5 March 2020.
