Exclusion of Public and Press Minutes: RESOLVED that the public and press be excluded from the remaining proceedings of the meeting in accordance with Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, on the grounds that exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act, is likely to be disclosed.

Members were advised that following the short-listing of 6 candidates for the post, 1 candidate had withdrawn from the final interview assessment stage and therefore only 5 candidates were interviewed for the post. RESOLVED that PH be appointed to the post of Director of Adults, Health and Wellbeing (DASS).
