RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on the 6th and 7th December, 2019 be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS.

RESOLVED that the public and press be excluded from the remaining proceedings of the meeting in accordance with Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, on the grounds that exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act, is likely to be disclosed.

The Committee received a report informing Members of the arrangements for the short-listing to the post of Director of Adults, Health and Wellbeing (DASS) and to agree the process to be undertaken for final assessment and interview; together with details of individual applicants.

 

It was reported that 11 candidates had been attracted through the recent advertising campaign and all candidates were considered in the short-listing process.

 

Technical assessments had been undertaken supported by Hampton’s Resourcing Partners. The outcomes of these assessments were presented for discussion.

 

            RESOLVED that 6 candidates be short-listed for assessment on 14th         March 2019 for the post of Director of Adults, Health and Wellbeing     (DASS).
