In accordance with the decision taken by Cabinet on 4th October 2016: Disposal of HRA land at Goodison Boulevard, Cantley and the acquisition of Gattison House and Plantation View.

The cleared sites at Plantation View/Bretby House and the more strategically significant Gattison House allows for the development of new housing to meet identified need on Doncaster.
