The services at Travis Gardens were to be transformed to supported living service from 1st July 2019, subject to registration with CQC (Care Quality Commission). To register as a supported living service, CQC registration demands that the property requires a registered social landlord (RSL) to manage the property and support the tenants through assured leasehold agreements.
