The service is currently carrying 2 vacancies
for qualified educational psychologists (EPs), representing a
reduction in main grade EP capacity of 38%. We are covering the
vacancies through arrangements where managers and assistants are
picking up key tasks, which is unsustainable and at the cost of the
overall reach and effectiveness of the service in continuing to
support for Doncaster's vulnerable young learners in achieving the
best possible life outcomes.
